Prices are set per destination and per allowance, and they differ between countries for a reason that has nothing to do with us. This page explains what drives the number you see, what is included, and what is deliberately not.

Travel eSIM pricing：The price of a travel eSIM plan is set by the destination's wholesale data cost, the size of the daily or total allowance, and the validity period; it is a single prepaid charge with no contract, no deposit and no shipping fee.
- One charge, paid up front. There is no monthly contract and no automatic renewal.
- No shipping fee, ever. Delivery is a QR code by email, so there is nothing to ship.
- Prices differ by country because wholesale costs do. Dense, competitive markets are cheaper per gigabyte than remote or island markets. This is a cost structure, not a surcharge.

What drives the price

- Destination. Wholesale data in Japan or South Korea costs a fraction of what it costs on a small island network. Same plan shape, very different price.
- Allowance size. A 3GB-per-day plan costs meaningfully more than a 1GB-per-day plan for the same country and duration.
- Validity period. Longer trips cost more in absolute terms, though the per-day rate usually improves.

If the estimate lands between two allowance levels, take the higher one. The price gap is almost always smaller than the cost of being offline.

Why is the same duration more expensive for one country than another?
Because wholesale data costs differ by market. Countries with dense, competitive mobile networks have a much lower cost per gigabyte than remote or island markets. The price reflects that, not a markup policy.

Is there a shipping fee?
No. Every plan is delivered as a QR code by email, so there is nothing to ship and no shipping charge on any order.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Plans are prepaid one-off purchases with no contract and no automatic renewal. When a plan expires, it simply stops.
Can I get a refund on data I did not use?
Unused data is not refundable. However, if the eSIM was never activated — meaning our system shows no connection record — the whole order can be refunded, even if the QR code was already scanned.
How long does a refund take to arrive?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on the issuing bank, it can take up to 30 business days to appear on a statement.
